Mr. Prabhash Agarwal
MANAGING PARTNER AND CO-FOUNDER (CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT, PG IN FINANCIAL MARKETS)
Our Managing Partner and Co-founder brings over 15 years of experience in
Auditing, Credit Analysis, Underwriting, SOP preparation, Value Chain Analysis,
Budgeting, Forensic Investigations, Specialized Audits, Group consolidations,
Corporate Services, Company formation, International Taxation, and Risk
Analysis. As a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India, he has also completed his Post Graduation in Financial
Markets from the National Institute of Financial Management (Ministry of
Finance, India).
His prior experience with Audit Firms and Banks in India provided him with expertise in critical analysis and customer profiling. Since moving to the UAE, he has served as an External Director of HLB International (amongst the top 20 firms globally) and started his journey with a leading Audit Firm (one of the top 10 firms globally). As the Managing Partner at Fincirc, Prabhash serves as a trusted advisor to our clients and mentor to our team. He is a visionary leader whose dedicated efforts have propelled the firm’s exponential growth since inception. His area of specialization includes Audits, Value Chain Analysis, Business Advisory, and Project Management. He has assisted numerous startups in developing their business plans, establishing their companies, and securing financing from banks and equity investors.

Khushboo Agarwal
TAX & COMPLIANCE PARTNER AND CO-FOUNDER ( CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT, GRADUATE IN LAW & COMMERCE)
As a Co-Founder and Management Team member, she has 15+ years of
diversified experience in Taxation, Advisory, Management Consultancy,
Process Development, and Cost Management. She is a Chartered Accountant
and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She gained
valuable exposure to complex tax laws and audit procedures while working
with leading CA firms in India during the initial years of her professional life. In
the UAE, she worked for a multinational company, Landmark Group, where she
honed her skills in Financial Planning & Analysis, understanding the business
environment of multiple GCC & MENA countries, E-Commerce models, Cost
Management & Product Pricing.
Her area of specialization is Tax & Compliance, and she advises esteemed Private conglomerates, Family offices, and Semi-Government Organizations on UAE Tax Structuring, Financial Advisory, and Cost Management. She is responsible for developing specialized teams and guiding them in executing assignments related to VAT, ESR, AML, Excise Tax, and more. During VAT rollout in UAE, her firm successfully implemented the VAT framework for all clients. They are currently working on implementing Corporate Tax for their SME to MNE clients.
